To apply for the Dillon Tyler Memorial Scholarship, applicants must complete all components listed below.
A completed Dillon Tyler Memorial Scholarship application form
A personal essay (up to 500 words) addressing the following:
Why mental health awareness and advocacy matter to you
How you hope to make a difference through your education and future career
How compassion and perseverance have shaped who you are today
Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and evaluated based on:
Demonstrated passion for mental health awareness, advocacy, or community service
The quality, authenticity, and thoughtfulness of the essay
Academic achievement and potential for success in higher education
