Applicants must:
Be a graduating senior from the Utica City School District
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Be accepted to and planning to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school in the fall following graduation
Intend to major in a mental health–related field, such as:
Psychology
Social Work
Counseling
Human Services
or a related discipline
